Job Summary

Support ASML’s repair and maintenance operations for engineer tooling and equipment in a climate-controlled warehouse and integrated cleanroom environment. Perform repair work to restore tools to full functional condition, maintain repair logs and asset management data, and coordinate calibration/certification activities. Collaborate with supply chain teams and participate in Kaizen and Lean process improvements to meet repair turnaround targets and maintain ISO-related compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support repair and maintenance activities for engineer tooling and equipment, restoring assets to full functional condition.
•Maintain clean work practices, return assets in equal or better condition, and meet repair turnaround and return targets.
•Support calibration services and coordinate certification with third-party providers; maintain required ISO and compliance records.
•Maintain repair logs and follow processes for tool receipt, repair, storage, and return; support inventory management and equipment tracking.
•Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/process standardization) and develop repair documentation/work instructions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma required.
•1–2 years of relevant repair, maintenance, assembly, calibration, or hands-on technical experience (preferred).
•Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (plus).
•Knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, or warehouse environments (beneficial).
•Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
