Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist in the ticket area, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Support self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including servicing/maintaining kiosk machines.
  • •Troubleshoot kiosk technology issues and communicate with IT when additional servicing is required.
  • •Verify carry-on baggage and travel documents for compliance with FAA/American Airlines policies, including international travel documents via Timatic.
  • •Assist with checked baggage processing and physical baggage movement, including assistance for unaccompanied minors and non-ambulatory customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years of age or older and read/write/speak/understand English fluently.
