•Support and guide strategic customers, focusing on day-to-day resolution and proactively drive progress
•Work with your team and customers to identify, characterize, solve and recover from problems raised to Technical Support
•Resolve technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting using standard and in-house tools
•Build and create standard methodologies for technical troubleshooting across technologies, and craft knowledge articles for the self-serve portal
•Coach and mentor junior engineers on new product areas and cross-train peers in specialty topics

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 129,000 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience, and 3+ years of search expertise (Elasticsearch (ELK Stack), Lucene, Solr or similar)
•5+ years of experience with administering RDBMSs such as Oracle, Postgres, MySQL; MongoDB experience is preferred
•Experience with Database Performance tuning and benchmarking
•Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting aptitude with significant production experience
•A B.Tech / B.S. or equivalent work experience; if you don’t have a Computer Science degree, apply anyway!
