Job Summary

Safely operate and monitor automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting saw, stacking, oven/cure, and automated material handling processes. You’ll watch HMI/control screens, respond to alarms and setpoints, perform equipment start/stop checks, and complete production documentation. Conduct quality inspections, prepare finished product (stack/label/band), maintain a 5S-focused workspace, and coordinate effectively with Maintenance and Leads while handing off between shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor automated production equipment (saws, stackers, ovens/cure processes, conveyors, automated handling) according to standard procedures.
•Monitor HMI/control screens, production setpoints, and alarms; make routine adjustments and escalate issues as needed.
•Load/unload materials, perform start-up/shutdown and routine equipment checks, and document production data, downtime, and quality results.
•Perform quality inspections and random checks to verify product meets specifications; stack, label, band, and prepare finished product to standards.
•Maintain a clean, safety-focused work area (5S), communicate status and handoffs between shifts, and assist with training and continuous improvement activities.
