Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor automated production equipment (saws, stackers, ovens/cure processes, conveyors, automated handling) according to standard procedures.
  • •Monitor HMI/control screens, production setpoints, and alarms; make routine adjustments and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Load/unload materials, perform start-up/shutdown and routine equipment checks, and document production data, downtime, and quality results.
  • •Perform quality inspections and random checks to verify product meets specifications; stack, label, band, and prepare finished product to standards.
  • •Maintain a clean, safety-focused work area (5S), communicate status and handoffs between shifts, and assist with training and continuous improvement activities.
