Scale sourcing, workflows, and metrics, leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute full-lifecycle technical recruiting across engineering, data science, ML/AI, infrastructure, and security from intake through offer close.
•Hire, coach, mentor, and develop technical recruiters, building a high-performance recruiting organization and continuous improvement culture.
•Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve recruiting efficiency and evaluate AI-enabled workflows.
•Partner with engineering and product leadership to understand team structures, roadmaps, and hiring priorities and translate them into talent strategies.
•Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to continuously improve outcomes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years full-lifecycle recruiting experience with at least 4 years focused on technical recruiting across software engineering, data/ML, and infrastructure.
•2+ years experience in a leadership or senior individual-contributor role within recruiting, with demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate performance.
•Proven ability to hire senior and staff-level engineers in competitive, high-growth startup or technology environments.
•Strong understanding of the technical talent landscape, including compensation trends, competitive dynamics, and sourcing channels.
•Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (GEM, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
