Lead the second line of defense governance structure for UK risk management by establishing and maintaining the risk governance framework and risk policy library. Own the risk governance and risk appetite frameworks, ensure adherence through challenge and management action plans, and oversee governance committee operations and risk escalations to executive and board forums. Build and coach a team of risk professionals while coordinating with enterprise partners across the UK businesses.
