Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise, engage with members with motivational support, and deliver high-quality personal training programs.
  • •Ensure safe exercise instruction by actively assisting members with correction and maximizing exercise effectiveness.
  • •Undergo required training/certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and complete CPD, including minimum CPD points and annual live course.
  • •Manage performance and administrative duties: deliver sessions/new member inductions, update training and onboarding details on the Fitness Enterprise System, and complete goal setting and monthly business plan submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent)
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled)
  • •In-depth knowledge of My Zone and ability to maintain product knowledge up to date
  • •Complete CPD requirements (minimum 3 CPD points per quarter and required annual live course)
  • •Maintain Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements
