Key Responsibilities

•Ensure tool shop has enough materials to produce tools, jigs and fixtures to satisfy requests and maintain proper registration drawings
•Support end-to-end processes for new tooling innovations across departments (II PD, PEX, Production, CSQ, etc.) and improvements on machine parts
•Develop facility layouts and product drawings using AutoCAD and ZW3D, and oversee design finalization and fabrication of parts
•Operate and program CAD/CAM tools and machines (CNC 3X, CNC Lathe, Milling) per assigned tasks
•Collaborate and document to align delivery plans with production and maintain accurate drawings and manufacturing standards

Key Requirements

•Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, ZW3D) and machine part modifications
•Ability to develop facility layouts and product drawings
•Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with tools, jigs and fixtures
•Experience coordinating documentation, registrations and data collection
•Stock monitoring and PR/PO planning for materials
