Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization across countertops, cutting boards, and equipment, and help with stock rotation and inventory management to reduce waste. Follow recipes for consistent quality, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, monitor cooking times and temperatures, and assist with plating and guest-ready presentation while coordinating with the kitchen team.
