Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver tactical, client-specific casualty claims services on assigned accounts in support of Aon brokerage services.
  • •Identify client exposures and provide customized casualty consulting to help clients reduce Total Cost of Risk.
  • •Ensure the highest level of service from claims administrator(s) and carrier partners.
  • •Improve claim outcomes by analyzing claims program costs and key claim elements, and developing best-practice-oriented claims cost containment approaches.
  • •Provide project management, including establishing project plans and budgets, and coordinating appropriate Aon resources to meet commitments and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience adjusting or managing workers’ compensation claims, or multi-line claims experience with emphasis on casualty lines.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for clear client-facing interactions as an insurance professional.
