  • •Lead key reward initiatives including job architecture, compensation review cycles, market benchmarking, and governance.
  • •Evaluate roles and compensation using market data and internal insights, recommending options that balance competitiveness, fairness, and business needs.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition on equitable, market-informed offers and internal mobility, and collaborate across People to ensure programs are well communicated and operationally effective.
