Key Responsibilities

•Serve as lead actuary on client teams, directing actuarial projects and client relationships.
•Influence clients' strategic and financial direction in benefits by framing results in the marketplace context and presenting actuarial opinions.
•Review health care budgets, contribution settings, and perform IBNP reserve development to evaluate cost-saving scenarios.
•Mentor and leverage work for junior actuaries and ensure high-quality client deliverables through peer review.
•Participate in benchmarking discussions and client account management to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes for leadership in the organization.
