Manage, schedule, and complete Sunrun service and warranty work as a Field Performance Technician, balancing independent execution with support from the Performance O&M team. •Support onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team.
•Exceed field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatches); assist with inspections and site audits as assigned.

•1–3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
