Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute PMO Office functions, including transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management.
  • •Maintain and manage the RAID framework, ensuring effective dependency management.
  • •Prepare documentation for steering bodies and communicate results, including participation and minutes documentation.
  • •Facilitate decision-making by preparing and coordinating workshops and meetings.
  • •Act as an interface between central and decentralized PMOs and across all programs within the project body.
