  • •Train, mentor, and onboard new Guides with care and clarity, fostering storytelling and collaboration.
  • •Oversee daily operations including scheduling, floor coverage, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • •Partner with store leadership to manage KPIs and store performance and serve as a point person in the Store Manager’s absence.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager capacity.

  • •Experience using operational tools including POS, scheduling, and inventory systems.
  • •Confidence leading the floor, giving feedback, and managing priorities.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet; flexibility for holidays and changing schedules.
