Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate import and export shipment schedules with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.
  • •Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate customs clearance requirements, permits, NOCs, and shipping documentation.
  • •Prepare and review logistics documents including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and clearance/transportation letters.

Key Requirements
