Job Summary

Sell InterSystems data platform products to new and existing UK healthcare customers, including Private and NHS organizations, across the South East of England. Own relationship development and opportunity discovery with end-user stakeholders, engage senior decision-makers, and articulate solutions for healthcare interoperability, data challenges, and AI-enabled use cases. Coordinate with the UK Bid team, partner with Marketing on prospecting campaigns, and manage/escalate technical or contractual issues as needed.

•Sell InterSystems data platform products to new and existing UK healthcare customers, building long-term relationships across the South East of England.
•Maintain and grow relationships with existing Healthcare Data Platform customers while discovering, qualifying, and developing new opportunities.
•Articulate and sell solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers, demonstrating a track record of successful sales.
•Partner with the UK Bid team and Marketing to provide timely proposals and execute prospecting strategies and campaigns targeting new customers.
•Manage, escalate, and resolve technical or contractual issues, while staying aware of industry and technological advances.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software solutions sales to the UK National Health Service, with understanding of NHS data challenges, interoperability, and standards.
•Proven ability to engage at C level and deliver successful sales outcomes.
•Experience selling data and integration software applications to healthcare end users (including data platforms and integration engines).
•Ability to develop and leverage relationships with relevant NHS stakeholders (e.g., NHS trusts, ICSs, Health Boards).
•Excellent listening, written, and communication skills, plus strong presentation skills tailored to technical, business, or clinical audiences.
