Job Summary

Deliver high-quality client service and serve as a dedicated liaison to private clients, Investment Consultants, custodians, and money managers. Own end-to-end onboarding, open and maintain brokerage accounts, and execute accurate money movements (wires, ACHs, journals, ACAT/DTC/non-ACAT transfers). Maintain CRM and documentation, support compliance requests, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance client and internal projects while helping train new associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from documentation through account activation.
•Open and maintain brokerage accounts for a variety of client types with high accuracy.
•Execute and facilitate complex money movements (wires, ACHs, journals, DTC, ACAT, and non-ACAT transfers) reliably and with limited oversight.
•Maintain client records and documents in the firm’s CRM and document management system while following compliance-related procedures.
•Support investment subscriptions and ongoing maintenance for private equity and hedge fund capital calls, and assist leadership with ad-hoc projects, including training new associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 81,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or related fields.
•1 to 3 years of financial industry experience.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
•Previous CRM experience and experience using custodial portals (Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity) preferred.
•Understanding of brokerage account types, money movement transactions, and related compliance considerations.
