Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain software architecture, focusing on interface clarity, stability, and versioning to minimize integration risk.
  • •Translate system-level requirements into software requirements and models with clear traceability to design, code, and test artifacts.
  • •Lead agile delivery for the software engineering team (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews/retrospectives) and remove impediments to flow.
  • •Define and enforce software integration contracts (ICDs or equivalent), data models, and message definitions in coordination with Integration & Test and Systems leads.
  • •Drive DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, verification/validation execution, and software delivery metrics to improve predictability and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship (active in past 24 months considered active).
  • •3+ years of technical leadership experience in ground and software system systems engineering (requirements, design, and operation).
  • •3+ years of experience as the technical leader of a software development or product deployment team.
  • •5+ years of experience with DevOps and/or DevSecOps, and 5+ years with configuration management tools and best practices.
