Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and secure new development sites, including due diligence, feasibility studies, zoning/environmental assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • •Lead entitlement, permitting, and regulatory approvals, serving as the main liaison with municipalities, utilities, DOT, and local agencies.
  • •Prepare and manage bid packages and RFPs; select, negotiate with, and oversee architects, engineers, and consultants; review civil/MEP/architectural/structural plans.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets across acquisition to pre-construction, forecast costs, manage contingencies, and evaluate change orders and contractor pay applications.
  • •Oversee pre-construction and project execution with internal teams and the general contractor; manage weekly meetings, compliance with timelines/contract terms, and project closeout documentation.

Key Requirements
