Job Summary

Lead HR Shared Services for Netflix’s Global Talent Operations Center, managing a Manila-based team and maturing the shared services strategy across the recruiting and employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and progressively mature the HR Shared Services strategy for recruiting through offboarding at scale.
•Manage and develop a high-performing team based in Manila while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.
•Own and drive execution of multi-year Shared Services roadmaps for complex initiatives.
•Design and implement service experiences across self-service, direct support, and limited high-touch using a people-over-process mindset.
•Use data insights to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement, partnering with cross-functional teams across HR and related functions.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of Talent/HR experience in a fast-moving environment, including significant people-management experience in Shared Services.
•Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery models.
•Proficiency with Talent/HR tools, preferably Workday, plus tools such as Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.
•Experience leading projects from planning through successful delivery, especially Talent/HR systems or process improvement initiatives.
•Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams and translate complex concepts into business-friendly language.
