Human Resources Generalist

Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by managing payroll and compensation processing, administering medical/dental/vision and other benefits, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across employee relations, HR compliance, leave administration, and workers’ compensation/unemployment documentation. Maintain employee records in the HRIS, generate HR reports and metrics, and help implement HR technology improvements.
