Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, partnering with plaintiffs’ counsel to draft and finalize settlement documents, resolve claimant disputes, and execute settlement implementation and claims administration with strong workflow and quality assurance. Manage teams reviewing and categorizing incoming claims and perform data analysis to monitor trends and settlement values.
