Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple small to medium-sized projects or a few complex programs, ensuring adherence to scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Oversee pursuit to order capture, including bid/proposal submissions, commercial modeling and scenario planning, and leading customer contract negotiations.
  • •Participate in P&L forecasting and annual/long-range financial planning and program review meetings as requested by leadership.
  • •Maintain and update program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance targets; monitor strategy implementation and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Identify and mitigate program risks, manage contract changes and proposals/compliance efforts, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (preferably business administration, project management, or related) or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience.

  • •Experience with change and risk management principles and practices.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
  • •PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
