Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical Design & Architecture: Own design, architecture and development of multiple inter-connected high-performance, durable and scalable platform components that collectively power large sets of end-to-end GenAI agentic workflows.
  • •System & Platform Evaluation: Own technical decisions regarding the selection and evaluation of software technologies, tools, and frameworks, balancing build vs. buy, speed to market, future extensibility, etc.
  • •Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, designers to gather requirements, define project scope and prioritize feature backlogs.
  • •Strategic Planning: Drive the strategic plan and multi-year product roadmaps of software & platform products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery.
  • •Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead teams of engineers for platform implementation; mentor engineers and junior tech leads, promoting AI best practices and documenting guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
  • •10+ years of professional software development experience with at least two general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or C#.
  • •10+ years of experience architecting, designing and building multi-component AIML platforms utilizing open-source/cloud-agnostic components (e.g., Elasticsearch/Qdrant, Snowflake, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cassandra, Spark/Ray, Airflow/Temporal, RPA, context management).
  • •6+ years’ experience managing end-to-end software development life cycle (version control, CI/CD, Kubernetes, testing, monitoring, production support).
  • •3+ years’ experience utilizing and/or fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude) to build conversational experiences and/or agentic workflows.
