Inside Sales Associate

Work with walk-in and phone customers to understand needs, recommend solutions, and keep the sales process running smoothly. Process customer product orders by accurately entering sales data, invoicing, securing payments, and coordinating delivery or pickup dates. Handle questions, complaints, and warranty item disposition at the counter, while also supporting receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties. Role is safety-sensitive and requires strong customer-service skills and MS Office proficiency.
