Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive global Client Partnerships strategy, translating company priorities into scalable partner frameworks and multi-year growth plans.
•Develop and execute growth strategies to expand advertising business with non-endemic brands, scaling demand across Programmatic, FAST/CTV, and emerging ad solutions.
•Own global revenue targets and KPIs, improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and performance accountability across the function.
•Oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships and lead complex partnership negotiations aligned to commercial and platform priorities.
•Lead and develop the global organization by establishing team structures, operating models, performance expectations, and capability-building plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,800 - 336,400 annually

Key Requirements

•18+ years of experience in advertising sales or partnerships within gaming, media, or entertainment.
•Proven experience and established relationships with senior decision makers at global media holding companies in the US.
•Track record scaling advertising sales organizations during platform and capability expansion, especially across Programmatic, CTV/FAST, video, or data-driven advertising.
•Demonstrated success owning large-scale revenue portfolios and complex strategic partnerships.
•Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, advertising/monetization models, and global markets, with experience leading transformational sales growth.
