Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of a 24/7 global Cyber Defense Centre team on rotational shifts.
  • •Tune MSSP platform and client SIEM with client stakeholders and internal teams to improve detection, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Support security incident handling and response, including incident analysis such as malware analysis and forensics across relevant tools.
  • •Adhere to SOPs and customer run books to ensure consistent delivery globally, while proposing improvements.
  • •Monitor and document best practices and maintain records of service delivery against SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Entry-level experience in SOC analysis operations and SIEM usage for investigations.
  • •Entry-level experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
  • •Entry-level experience handling security incidents end to end and configuring/managing security controls (e.g., SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, Honeypots).
  • •Excellent customer service orientation, problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
