Grow and retain profitable commercial banking relationships by delivering value-added solutions to clients and prospects. Independently solicit new business through calls, referrals, and cross-selling, manage credit processes, and structure and analyze loans. Generate commercial and real estate loans and close transactions typically from $1M to $10M. Maintain COIs, attend networking events, and contribute to deposit growth through promotion of additional banking products.
