Compensation Analyst

Analyze and maintain compensation information, supporting compensation surveys, job descriptions, job analyses, and market pricing using internal and survey data. Partner with compensation consultants on incentive plan design, market analysis, and year-end activities, including offer review inquiries and presentation of findings to managers and employees. May develop and monitor compliance with compensation processes and communications.
