Own the AI-assisted coding domain across Sentry’s engineering org, ensuring internal developer systems are accessible to AI coding agents via API. Audit and expose agent-ready capabilities, build harness and context tooling to generate high-quality, repository-aware pull requests, and improve PR quality through automated checks and measurement. Automate low-priority engineering work and reduce organizational friction using data and observation, partnering closely with dev infrastructure.
