Job Summary

Work within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance team to strengthen Invesco’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) program. Drive IAM standards, controls, and workstreams end-to-end—covering policy design, process documentation, compliance monitoring, metrics and reporting, and audit support. Partner with Risk & Controls, SOX, and Internal Audit to remediate privileged access risks and help operationalize PAM solutions across complex legacy and modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a senior representative/advisor to the IAM Governance team manager and support team mentoring and strategic direction.
•Own IAM workstreams end-to-end for PAM, coordinating efforts and providing updates to working groups/steering committees.
•Lead requirements and design discussions for privileged identity/access policies, standards, controls, roles, and processes globally.
•Maintain PAM processes/procedures documentation, refresh knowledge articles as capabilities change, and perform peer reviews aligned to best practices.
•Enforce IAM/PAM policies via compliance monitoring, engage teams to remediate issues, produce IAM/PAM metrics and reporting, and support audit/compliance inquiries and evidence activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 85,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Information Technology and/or Information Security experience.
•In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM security concepts.
•Experience with IAM capabilities such as access provisioning/deprovisioning, identity lifecycle management, role/attribute-based access control, and access certification.
•Experience with PAM capabilities including discovery and analysis, inventory and classification, vaulting, credential management, and session monitoring.
•Experience with PAM/IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, Machine Identity Security, or CyberArk.
