Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily logistics center operations across inbound, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, dispatch and distribution.
  • •Optimize warehouse capacity, labor, equipment and shift plans to meet operational volumes and service requirements.
  • •Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock, put-away, picking productivity, order-fill rate, dispatch accuracy and DIFOT.
  • •Lead implementation and effective use of WMS, TMS, automation and operational dashboards; develop SOPs and process flows for logistics activities.
  • •Manage customer SLAs and operational escalations, oversee transportation and fleet coordination, and lead budgeting, forecasts and change-management/process-improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline (master’s/MBA preferred).
  • •12–15 years of progressive logistics/warehousing/distribution experience, including leadership of large or multi-site operations.
  • •Proven experience in 3PL/4PL, contract logistics, budget management, cost control, and customer SLA management.
  • •Experience implementing WMS/TMS and warehouse automation, with a track record of operational improvement.
  • •Knowledge across cold chain and logistics environments such as FMCG/retail, HoReCa, pharmaceuticals, hazardous materials, or industrial logistics (advantageous).
