Key Responsibilities

  • •Telephonically handle property claims within designated level of authority, using independent discretion and judgment.
  • •Contact policyholders, conduct investigations and interviews, inspect damage as needed, and prepare estimates.
  • •Evaluate coverage and total claim value; set and maintain reserves; determine payments and issue checks or declines as required.
  • •Perform desk review of repair estimates as required and obtain/review required reports, statements, and records.
  • •Document claim files, submit final report for closure, and identify subrogation situations for appropriate action.
