Job Summary

Support and lead marketing proposal development for the East Region Marketing team, working from capture through interview stage. Coordinate compliant proposal content, templates, schedules, and document design, and contribute as a writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections. Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, facilitate color review feedback, and ensure continuous improvement through debriefs. Partner with business line, operations, technical, and BD teams, and guide entry-level proposal team members.

•Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals across regions or business lines, supporting activities from capture through interview stage.
•Coordinate qualifications and proposal content (schedule, templates, compliance, content plan, production) and provide conceptual leadership for document design.
•Facilitate color reviews, apply lessons learned to proposals, and manage implementation of proposal and presentation revision changes.
•Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses aligned with delegation of authority, capture planning, and positioning for proposal preparation.
•Complete internal debriefs, review client feedback for continuous improvement, and liaise with business line, operations, technical, and business development teams; guide entry-level proposal team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity (or equivalent education and experience).
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and desktop publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
•Understanding of marketing and communications concepts.
•Strong written communication skills and ability to recognize, process, and present written information.
•Organizational, writing/research/editing, and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team setting.
