Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of managers to execute daily operations for development parts, tooling, and the warehouse team.
  • •Ensure health & safety and environmental policy compliance and improve risk management through better practices.
  • •Provide regular updates to management on project status, deliveries, and operational challenges.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of the product portfolio and coordinate with internal customers as needed.
  • •Plan and allocate resources and materials to maximize manufacturing equipment and personnel, coach and develop team members, and monitor performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •DEC or bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in project management/operations/engineering.
  • •Lead and manage a team of managers and highly skilled operators across daily manufacturing operations.
  • •Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management and demonstrate decision-making and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and knowledge of SAP.
  • •Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms, and sometimes write/communicate in English.
