Translate complex financial offerings into simple customer journeys, use data and feedback to improve decisions, and iterate post-launch by monitoring performance and making trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
•Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, iterate, and make trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
•Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
