Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble products on the air & naval production line according to defined sequences, using available equipment and respecting time allocations.
  • •Select and apply appropriate methods and processes, self-checkting work at each step to guarantee quality.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement and report any non-conformities to the supervisor.
  • •Ensure traceability of operations on accompaniment documents and assist integration teams when issues arise, repairing or replacing defective parts.
  • •Prepare and clean the work area, adhering to 5S and LEAN practices; perform optical bonding of components on optical benches and assemble optoelectronic units according to instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of optics and micromécanique (optical assembly) and autonomous operation on optical centering equipment.
  • •Ability to master metrology tools and techniques.
  • •Experience working on a production line and performing assembly to defined gammes and times.
  • •Rigorous, autonomous, with adherence to procedures and teamwork.
  • •Willingness to work in a structured, high-precision environment.
