Job Summary

Lead and actively execute end-to-end creative production for market-specific entertainment campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels for SEA titles. Partner with Marketing as the regional creative/production expert, translate creative concepts into delivery, and manage budgets, timelines, and workflows to ensure on-time results. Own agency and vendor relationships and support localization of global campaigns while upholding brand guidelines.

•Serve as a strategic creative production partner to Marketing, bridging creative ideas with operational production reality.
•Lead end-to-end creative production for the full asset suite from planning through final delivery.
•Manage budgets, timelines, and workflows to drive operational excellence and on-time campaign delivery.
•Own relationships with agencies and vendors, tracking scopes, budgets, and production timelines.
•Lead localization of international campaigns and ensure brand guideline compliance across deliverables.

Key Requirements

•At least 10+ years of marketing and production experience, preferably in entertainment or lifestyle brands and integrated campaigns.
•Systems-thinking approach using technology to optimize creative production processes for efficiency and output.
•Strong analytical decision-making and prioritization in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
•Deep technical understanding of end-to-end campaign execution across online/offline video and rich media/DOOH and on-ground activations.
•Fluent (proficiency) in English and Chinese.
