Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the long-term technical vision for Lime’s Corporate Data Warehouse and Finance-grade semantic layer.
  • •Own Finance data modeling strategy across core systems (including NetSuite and sub-ledgers) with consistent definitions for key measures and KPIs.
  • •Define and enforce standards for dbt/SQL modeling, CI/CD workflows, documentation, and automated testing to meet audit-grade requirements.
  • •Build reconciliation-ready datasets for month-end close and audits (control totals, roll-forwards, sub-ledger-to-GL tie-outs, variance explanations, lineage).
  • •Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate close workflows and audit evidence needs into governed analytics solutions; mentor engineers through design/code reviews and pairing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years in analytics engineering / data warehousing designing scalable architectures.
  • •Expert-level SQL and strong Python for transformation, tooling, and automation.
  • •Deep expertise with dbt (macros, packages, performance patterns) and experience running large-scale dbt programs reliably.
  • •5+ years building and scaling cloud data stacks (AWS preferred) with production experience in Snowflake, including warehousing, clustering, incremental strategies, and query/cost trade-offs.
