•Familiar with occupational health-related regulations.
•Manage employees’ mental and physical health, including planning and executing health programs and managing health in high-risk employees.
•Plan annual health promotion activities based on employees’ health conditions.
•Supervise, train and guide the operation of the first aider team.
•Health management activities including arranging annual health checks, reviewing health exam reports, providing education, preventing occupational disease, cooperating with company doctors, reviewing pre-employment health exams, and collaborating with safety specialists to prevent occupational hazards.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BS/MS degree in department of nursing
•At least 3 years of nursing care experience in medical centers or regional hospitals
•At least 5 years of occupational health related work experience
•At least 3 years of experience with occupational health in high-tech or semiconductor company
•Nurse license of higher examination and 52-hour professional nursing training for occupational health services
