Job Summary

Develop and implement RPA solutions using ServiceNow, Appian, and BluePrism, taking ownership of automation of incidents and reusable process objects. Support end-to-end BPM solution design, enterprise integration strategy, data governance, scalability and security. Work in ITSM/ITOM environments, applying DevOps methodologies and quality standards while providing technical leadership across solution design, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop RPA implementations across ServiceNow, Appian, and BluePrism to automate incidents and operations.
•Lead technical design and architecture for RPA integrations and enterprise solution strategy.
•Create reusable automation processes and objects in Blue Prism and support automation builds.
•Design end-to-end BPM solutions in Appian with a focus on scalability, security, and data governance.
•Provide technical leadership within ITSM/ITOM environments using DevOps methodologies and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience developing RPA solutions with ServiceNow, Appian, and/or BluePrism.
•ServiceNow experience as a Specialist/Architect, including Event Management and Major Incident Management implementations.
•Appian experience as a Senior Architect, including end-to-end BPM solution design and enterprise integration strategy.
•Blue Prism experience designing and developing automation processes, including reusable objects and technical-functional analysis of candidate processes.
•Residence in any province of Peru.
