Key Responsibilities

•Own and update pricing templates for panels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client procedures.
•Track and report panel KPIs; prepare dashboards and portfolio-level reporting.
•Review offers, Statements of Work (SoWs), and work orders for: Correct rates and client-specific requirements.
•Correct rates and client-specific requirements; ensure accuracy of calculations and consistency with pricing templates.
•Provide project support to NZ-based Project Managers, including reporting, governance compliance, and data management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning or equivalent qualification (postgraduate in project management preferred)
•Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project; advanced Excel; Power BI preferred
•CAPM, PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
•Membership of professional organisations like PMI, RICS, APM etc. preferred
•Experience 3-6 years; exposure to overseas Water/Infrastructure projects preferred
