Job Summary

Support tax compliance for physical goods by coordinating with Legal, Finance and Tax and Engineering to build and improve an international indirect tax platform. You’ll research taxability, assist with tax returns, and guide customers through onboarding while engaging with partners on internal research and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with LFT and Engineering to develop and expand the international indirect tax platform, including taxability determinations, tax rates, and compliance requirements
•Drive the preparation and filing of tax returns for customers and collaborate with third-party accounting partners on internal research
•Engage with Anrok customers to assist onboarding and answer complex tax questions
•Support analysis and direction for ad hoc projects related to international and US taxes
•Contribute to knowledge base development and respond to tax technical questions from internal teams

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of indirect tax experience, with a focus on physical goods indirect tax (VAT experience considered a plus)
•ability to research technical tax issues, and handle registration and returns processes
•strong customer-facing skills, able to explain tax concepts clearly to non-experts
•exposure to other indirect tax regimes and compliance processes
•entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve processes and build a business from the ground up
