Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
•Change management, program management, financial/accounting, process improvement, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
•Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance change management effectiveness.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
