Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across the lending business.
•Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
•Identify project risks and blockers and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
•Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to improve execution visibility and accountability.
•Coordinate across Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, PMO, or related roles.
•Experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, or financial services (preferred).
•Prior experience in payment operations, finance operations, reconciliation, or business process management (highly preferred).
