  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) in Dairy Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1 year with a master’s degree; PhD with no relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of consumer goods, food chemistry, analytical testing, and formulations and processing used in food manufacturing.
  • •Understanding of ingredient interactions/functionality.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivation, and ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
