Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product launch impact assessments and develop, execute, and communicate go-to-market launch and post-launch plans for major initiatives.
  • •Coordinate cross-organizational commercialization to meet goals and milestones, run stakeholder meetings, and drive accountability and decision-making.
  • •Define and measure product value metrics using KPIs, analytics, and dashboards; facilitate stage-gate processes as initiatives move through PDLC stages.
  • •Ensure training, sales, support, client services, and implementation teams have the information needed to effectively train and support new products or enhancements.
  • •Manage program risk by identifying and communicating issues and recommending mitigation plans to leadership; streamline go-to-market planning and champion continuous improvement using AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in product, project, or program management (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).
  • •Experience leading commercialization, launch, and post-launch strategies, including stakeholder consultation across organizational boundaries.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to groups and tailoring messaging to audiences.
  • •Knowledge of change-management principles and managing change across multiple parts of an organization.
  • •Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban; ability to plan, organize, analyze information, and leverage AI for launch preparation tasks.
