Lead TikTok’s public policy engagement across Poland and the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region. Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Poland and CEE to represent TikTok’s mission and commitments.
•Serve as TikTok’s senior representative in industry associations and trade bodies, shaping sector positions and building coalitions.
•Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant legislative, regulatory, and political developments across Poland and CEE.
•Develop and articulate TikTok public policy positions through briefing papers, consultation responses, position papers, and internal strategy documents.
•Lead engagement on regulatory dossiers and coordinate with legal, policy, and communications teams to manage risk and ensure consistent messaging, including crisis and issues support.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in government relations or public policy with strong understanding of political and regulatory environments for AI, privacy, international data flows, and geopolitics.
•Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
•Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
•Strong analytical ability to assess complex policy issues and business implications.
•Proven relationship management with a diverse range of stakeholders including government officials, industry leaders, think tanks, trade organizations, academia, and NGOs.
