Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Poland and CEE to represent TikTok’s mission and commitments.
  • •Serve as TikTok’s senior representative in industry associations and trade bodies, shaping sector positions and building coalitions.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant legislative, regulatory, and political developments across Poland and CEE.
  • •Develop and articulate TikTok public policy positions through briefing papers, consultation responses, position papers, and internal strategy documents.
  • •Lead engagement on regulatory dossiers and coordinate with legal, policy, and communications teams to manage risk and ensure consistent messaging, including crisis and issues support.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in government relations or public policy with strong understanding of political and regulatory environments for AI, privacy, international data flows, and geopolitics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • •Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
  • •Strong analytical ability to assess complex policy issues and business implications.
  • •Proven relationship management with a diverse range of stakeholders including government officials, industry leaders, think tanks, trade organizations, academia, and NGOs.
