Claims Manager - Risk Management

Manage North America liability claims for general liability, auto liability, and property damage, including complex high-exposure matters. Lead claim investigations and resolution from investigation through discovery and litigation management, partnering with internal and outside legal counsel. Oversee TPAs, coach claim examiners, evaluate and negotiate settlements, and attend mediations as needed. Provide guidance on incident response and evidence preservation, and support risk management operations.
